You can reset your password in the Ford Credit Mobile App or Account Manager by selecting Forgot password on the Sign in page.

  1. Select Sign in on the mobile app home page.
  2. Select Forgot password on the sign in page.
  3. Enter your username email address.
  4. A code is sent to your default MFA option or the option you select if you have multiple MFA methods set up.
  5. Enter the MFA code.
  6. Change your password.
  7. Sign in with your username email address and new password.
