How do I delete a vehicle from my Ford account?

You can remove a vehicle from your account using the FordPass®* App or via the Ford website. 

Important: If you have a Connected Vehicle and you delete it from your account, you will lose connectivity access. If you want to restore access, you will need to:

Using the FordPass App

To remove a vehicle from your account using the FordPass App:

FordPass App 4.X Experience

  1. Ingresa a la Aplicación FordPass.
  2. Go to the Account screen.
  3. Select the vehicle you want to remove.
  4. Tap Remove Vehicle
  5. Select the Remove button on the pop-up message.

FordPass App 5.X Experience

  1. Ingresa a la Aplicación FordPass.
  2. From the garage, identify the vehicle you want to remove, and tap Vehicle Details
  3. Scroll down and tap Remove Vehicle
  4. Select Remove Vehicle on the pop-up message.

On the Ford Website Using a Computer

To remove a vehicle from your account on the Ford website using a computer:

  1. Visita ford.com.
  2. Select the Profile icon67cbe87b-1423-4b70-b7b8-83c7c12cf15d.png.
  3. Choose Sign In.
  4. Enter your email address and password.
  5. Click Sign In.
  6. Select the Profile icon.
  7. Click <First Name's> Account
  8. Choose a vehicle if you have more than one vehicle.
  9. Select Remove vehicle
  10. Click the Confirm button in the pop-up message.

On the Ford Website Using a Cellular Device

To remove a vehicle from your account on the Ford website using a mobile device:

  1. Visita ford.com.
  2. Tap the Menu button 98d02501-091d-4e1a-9c70-503a598cce97.png
  3. Tap the My Account dropdown.
  4. Select Sign In.
  5. Enter your email address and password.
  6. Select Sign In.
  7. Choose Menu.
  8. Tap the My Account dropdown.
  9. Select <First Name's> Account
  10. Choose a vehicle if you have more than one vehicle.
  11. Tap the Remove vehicle button. 
  12. Click the Confirm button in the pop-up message.
