How do I manage my vehicle nickname in the FordPass* Aplicación?

You can create or update your vehicle's nickname using the Vehicle Details section of FordPass®. See the steps below for more information. 

Note: You must have a vehicle added to FordPass to access this feature.

Updating My FordPass Vehicle Nickname 

To add or edit your vehicle's nickname in FordPass, select the drop-down option with your current app version para más información. 

FordPass 5.X Experience 

To add or edit your vehicle nickname:

  1. Ingresa al FordPass App.

  2. Tap the Vehicle Garage icon.

    Note: If you have multiple vehicles added, scroll to the vehicle you want to add or edit the name of. 

  3. Select Vehicle Details.
  4. Tap the Vehicle Nickname section.
  5. Update or add your preferred vehicle nickname.
  6. Select Save.

FordPass 4.X Experience 

To add or edit your vehicle nickname:

  1. Ingresa al FordPass App.
  2. Go to the Account screen. 
  3. Select your vehicle.
  4. Tap Edit in the upper right-hand corner.
  5. Add to or update the Car Nickname section.
  6. Select Save.
