How do I manage service records in the FordPass®* App?

Using the Service screen in FordPass, you can update or delete your vehicle maintenance or repair history. Use the steps below for more information.

Managing Service History in FordPass

Select one of the options below for steps to edit or remove your service history:

Editing Service Records

To change a service record in FordPass:

  1. Abre la Aplicación FordPass.
  2. Go to the Service screen. 
  3. Tap Service History.
  4. Select the Service Record you want to edit.
  5. Tap Edit Record.
  6. Make any necessary edits. 
  7. Select Save Record. 

Notas: 

  • For service records manually entered, you have 90 days from the date added to make edits.
  • Dealer entries can only be edited by your dealership. 

Deleting Service Records

To remove a service record in FordPass:

  1. Abre la Aplicación FordPass.
  2. Go to the Service screen. 
  3. Tap Service History.
  4. Select the record you want to delete. 

  5. Tap Delete.

    Note: A pop-up message will appear confirming that you are permanently removing the record. 

  6. Select one of the following:
    • Yes, Delete - if you want to remove the record.
    • Cancel - if you want to void your request. 

Notas:

  • Both vehicle owners and non-vehicle owners can delete manually added records.
  • Records added by a Ford Dealer can only be deleted by the dealer.
