All Is there a recall on my vehicle? and Customer Satisfaction Programs repairs must be completed by an authorized Ford Dealer and will be performed at no charge. Repairs not completed at a Ford Dealer are not eligible for reimbursement unless you paid for the repair before the recall announcement.
To receive a refund, you will need to submit the original repair receipts to any Ford Dealer in the U.S. Refund requests will not be processed until the recall has been completed by a Ford Dealer.
