You may be eligible for a refund if you paid to correct the concern addressed by a recall before the owner notification letter was mailed.

Todos retiro y Customer Satisfaction Program (CSP) repairs must be completed by an authorized Concesionario Ford and will be performed at no charge. Repairs not completed at a Concesionario Ford are not eligible for reimbursement unless you paid for the repair before the recall announcement.

To receive a refund, you will need to submit the original repair receipts to any Concesionario Ford in the U.S. Refund requests will not be processed until the recall has been completed by a Concesionario Ford.
