How do I change my Preferred Dealer in the FordPass^®* App?

If you previously set a Preferred Dealer in FordPass and want to change it, use the following steps:

1. Log in to FordPass. 
2. Navigate to the Map screen.
3. Select the Dealers category.
4. Choose a Dealer near your location, or search in the Going somewhere? field.
5. Select the Dealer you want to review by clicking on the pin directly or by swiping through the smart cards that appear below the pins.
6. Click on the smart card to access the Dealers information.
7. Tap the heart icon next to Set Preferred.
8. Select your vehicle.
9. Tap Save to set your Dealer.
10. Select Yes on the Change Preferred Dealer pop-up message.

If your request was successful, a green banner will display for 10 seconds confirming your changes.
