How do I contact Ford Roadside Assistance*?

La Asistencia en el Camino está incluida durante los primeros cinco años o 60,000 millas desde la Fecha de Inicio de la Garantía de tu vehículo (whichever comes first) and with most Planes de servicio extendido Ford Protect.

To find warranty information for your vehicle, visit the Ford Support website e ingresa el Número de Identificación del Vehículo (VIN).

Contacting Roadside Assistance

Choose from the drop-down options below:

Por Teléfono

To contact Roadside Assistance Customer Service, call 800-241-3673 and provide your: 

  • Location.
  • VIN.
  • Vehicle make, model, and color.
  • License plate number.

Through the FordPass®**App

To contact Roadside Assistance through the FordPass App:

Notas: 

  1. Ingresa a la Aplicación FordPass.
  2. Go to the Service screen.
  3. Tap Roadside Assistance.

    Note: To contact support directly, select the Call/Phone link in the upper right-hand corner.

  4. Enter the following as needed:
    • Ubicación del Vehículo  
    • Location Type
    • Assistance Needed

      Note: Additional fields may appear depending on the option selected. 

    • If you have an Electric Vehicle, you will need to confirm the following questions:
      • Where do you like to charge?
      • Keys present?
      • Customer with vehicle?
      • Vehicle can be put in neutral?
      • Vehicle four-wheel drive?
      • Low clearance?
      • Has Trailer?

        Note: May be listed as Your Phone Number†† in the 5.X experience (may load automatically if added to your profile)

    • Communication
      • Push Notifications
      • Text Messages (you can swipe the toggle to the right in the box shown to sign up for text alerts) 
    • Additional Notes (Opcional) 

      Note: In order for your phone number to appear, you must have a number added to your profile

  5. Select Submit Request

After submitting your request, the status of your request will appear on the Service screen. You can tap the box for more information, as well as the option to cancel your request.
