¿Cómo uso Plug & Charge con mi Ford?

Plug & Charge is a feature that automatically recognizes your vehicle when you plug in at Electrify America® or Tesla Supercharger locations. Simplemente estaciona en una estación de carga participante, conecta el vehículo, y comenzará la sesión de carga. Plug & Charge is enabled once you activate your BlueOval Charge Network™ access, y cada sesión de carga se factura automáticamente a la tarjeta activa vinculada a tu cuenta Ford.

Turning Plug & Charge On or Off

Confirm your version of FordPass and select from the dropdowns below to learn how to turn Plug & Charge on and off for your Ford electric vehicle (EV):

Plug & Charge FordPass 5.X Experience

If Plug & Charge does not activate automatically, or you would like to turn it off, perform the following steps in the FordPass® App: 

  1. Ingresa a la Aplicación FordPass.
  2. Tap Energy.
  3. Select Access & Permissions.
  4. Toggle Plug & Charge on or off.

Notas: 

  • Turning off Plug & Charge will also disable the ability to pay for charging using the Public Charging App on your vehicle's touchscreen.
  • If you are not the BlueOval Charge Network subscription owner, you will not be able to turn Plug & Charge on or off.

Plug & Charge FordPass 4.X Experience

If Plug & Charge does not activate automatically, or you would like to turn it off, perform the following steps in the FordPass®* App: 

  1. Ingresa a la Aplicación FordPass.
  2. Select the Vehicle tab at the bottom of the home screen. 
  3. Expand the CHARGING section, then tap BlueOval Charge Network.
  4. Select Plug & Charge.
  5. Toggle Plug & Charge on or off.

Note: Turning off Plug & Charge will also disable the ability to pay for charging using the Public Charging App on your vehicle's touchscreen.
