Why did I not get a recall notice for my Ford?

Before any new recall notices are mailed, Ford Motor Company obtains registration and title information from the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) to identify the vehicle owner on record. We recommend you contact your local DMV agency to ensure your vehicle registration is up-to-date, including your mailing address.

You can also log in to the FordPass®* App to check for recall alerts. If your vehicle is included in a recall, contact your Concesionario Ford to have your vehicle serviced.
