How do I update contact information on my Ford accounts?

You can update your contact information in your Ford Account or the FordPass®* App.

Account Update Options

With a Mobile Device or Tablet

  1. Visita Ford.com.
  2. Tap the Menu dropdown.

  3. Touch My Account​​​​​.

  4. Select Sign In.

  5. Enter your username and password.
  6. Tap Sign In.

  7. Tap the Menu dropdown.

  8. Select My Account.

  9. Tap <Your Name's> Account.

  10. Touch the Account Settings tile.

  11. Scroll down and select Edit.

  12. Update your profile information.
  13. Tap Update.

With a PC and Mac

  1. Visita Ford.com.
  2. Seleccionar Account icon - Small, blue abstract head and shoulders that resembles a person..
  3. Choose Sign In.

  4. Log in to your Ford account.
  5. Seleccionar Account icon - Small, blue abstract head and shoulders that resembles a person.
  6. Choose <Your Name's> Account.

  7. Scroll down to the Manage Your Account section, then select Edit now in the Account Settings tile.

  8. Click Edit.
