How do I stop receiving mail and phone communications from Ford?
If you would like to be removed from our communication lists, contact the Ford Customer Relationship Center using our Chat en Vivo option or by calling 1-800-392-3673. It may take up to 30 days to be removed from phone or mail communication lists and up to 10 business days to be removed from email lists.
You will still receive communications regarding safety and emissions recalls as required by law.
You may continue to receive communications from Concesionarios Ford, as they are not owned and operated by Ford Motor Company. Contact them directly if you need assistance.
Note: Leaving a survey comment does not opt you out of communications from Ford. We recommend contacting the Customer Relationship Center for assistance.
