Upon attempting to view an active recall triggers a Loading pinwheel that never completes, attempt the following:

  1. Force close the app on your mobile device.
  2. Open the app again. 
  3. Attempt to view the recall again.

Upon attempting to view an active recall triggers a blank page with no recall information, attempt the following:

  1. Return to the app Home page.
  2. Pull down on the screen to refresh the page.
  3. Attempt to view the recall again.
