How do I change or cancel a vehicle service reservation for my Ford?

You can edit or cancel service appointments (maintenance, repairs, or updates) using the FordPass®* App as well as the Ford Support website. 

Canceling or Modifying Vehicle Service Reservations 

Select the method you want to use to change or edit your service appointment. 

Editing a Reservation Using the FordPass App

To change your service reservation in the FordPass App:

  1. Ingresa a la Aplicación FordPass. 
  2. Select the Service screen. 
  3. Tap Manage Reservation. 

  4. Select View Details.

    Note: This option only appears if you have an existing reservation.

  5. Tap Edit Reservation.
  6. Edit your preferences for the following options:
    • Date, Time, and Location
    • Reservation Type
    • Services Requested

    • Preferencias de Comunicación

      Note: You can add an additional phone number here. 

  7. Tap Save Changes. 

Note: Your reservation number will not change. 

Editing a Reservation Using the Ford Support Site

To change your service reservation using the Ford Support site:

  1. Ingresa a ford.com/support using your Ford username and password. 
  2. Click Support and Service. 
  3. Tap View Details for the reservation you want to reschedule. 
  4. Select Edit Reservation from the "Reservation" page. 
  5. Modify your reservation, as needed, for the following: 
    • Fecha
    • Hora
    • Lugar
    • Reservation Type
    • Services Requested
    • Preferencias de Comunicación
  6. Click Save Changes. 

Note: Your reservation number will not change.

Canceling a Reservation Using the FordPass App

To cancel your service reservation using the FordPass App:

  1. Ingresa a la Aplicación FordPass. 
  2. Select the Service screen.  
  3. Tap Manage Reservation. 

  4. Select View Details.

    Note: This option only appears if you have an existing reservation.

  5. Tap Cancel Reservation.
  6. Select Cancel on the "Cancel Reservation" confirmation screen. 

A confirmation will display to inform you of the reservation cancelation. From this page, you can check other upcoming reservations or proceed back to the Service screen. 

Canceling a Reservation Using the Ford Support Site

To cancel your service reservation using the Ford Support site:

  1. Ingresa a ford.com/support using your Ford username and password. 
  2. Click Support and Service. 
  3. Tap View Details for the reservation that needs to be rescheduled. 
  4. Select Cancel Reservation from the "Reservation" page. 
  5. Tap Cancel Reservation again to confirm cancelation. 

A confirmation will display to inform you of the reservation cancelation. From this page, you can check other upcoming reservations or proceed back to Ford.com.
