How do I delete my Ford or FordPass®* account?

You can remove your Ford account using the Ford Support website or the FordPass App. 

Important: Once your account is deleted, you will no longer have access to your profile on any Ford site (sites associated with ford.‌com, the FordPass App, and Ford Credit Account Manager). You will also lose access to the following features:

  • Administrador de Cuenta de Ford Credit
  • Rewards Points
  • Remote Lock/Unlock
  • Remote Start/Stop
  • Location and driving data
  • Connected Services and Subscriptions

Deleting Your Ford Account

Choose the method you are using from the drop-down options to learn how to remove your Ford account.

Using a Mobile Device

To delete your Ford account with a mobile device:

  1. Ir a Ford Support website.
  2. Tap the Menu icon 2283ec55-f4b3-4a5e-9a95-0575fe299fee.png
  3. Choose My Account​​.
  4. Select Sign In.
  5. Enter your username and password.
  6. Press Sign In.
  7. Tap the Menu dropdown.
  8. Select My Account.
  9. Choose <Your Name's> Account.
  10. Press the Account Settings tile.
  11. Scroll down and select Delete My Account.
  12. Tap Delete Account.
     

Using a PC or Mac

To delete your Ford account with a computer:

  1. Ir a Ford Support website.
  2.  Select the Account icon f8c150e1-51e0-4264-b345-1f24ba0837bb.png.
  3. Choose Sign In.
  4. Log in to your Ford account.
  5. Select the Account icon.
  6. Choose <Your Name's> Account.
  7. Select the Account Settings tile.
  8. Scroll to the bottom of the Account Settings page, then select Delete My Account.
  9. Choose Delete Account.

Using the FordPass App

To delete your account with FordPass:

FordPass App 4.X Experience

  1. Ingresa a la Aplicación FordPass.                                   
  2. Go to the Account screen. 
  3. Tap Settings.
  4. Select Delete Account at the bottom.
  5. Review the details on the next screen.
  6. Tap Delete Account to confirm your request.
  7. Complete the security prompt based on your phone's settings. 

    Note: If you do not have security features enabled on your device, follow the prompts. 

FordPass App 5.X Experience

  1. Ingresa a la Aplicación FordPass.                                   
  2. Go to the Account screen.
  3. Tap Account Information under the "Settings" section. 
  4. Scroll down and select Delete Your Account at the bottom.
  5. Tap Delete Account
  6. Complete the security prompt based on your phone's settings. 

    Note: If you do not have security features enabled on your device, follow the prompts. 

  7. Read the pop-up message.
  8. Select Delete to complete your request.
