Why do FordPass^®* Remote Commands work intermittently on my 2021 Ford F-150?

We are aware that some of our 2021 F-150 customers using the FordPass App might experience intermittent remote start, lock, and unlock issues. 

Performing a key cycle (turning the vehicle on and then back off again) will restore the functionality of the remote commands; however, the symptom may recur the next time you go to use them.

Please make sure you have the latest version of the FordPass App and Actualizaciones de Software enabled so that you are notified when the fix is available. 

Note: Software Updates are enabled in your vehicle by default. Haz clic aquí for more information on changing automatic update settings.
