¿Cómo dejo comentarios sobre una Estación de Carga?

You can leave feedback or a review for a Charging Station using your FordPass® account credentials. Your reviews will be shared publicly and displayed as A Ford EV driver using PlugShare, which is a free Electric Vehicle driver's app for iOS, Android, and web users. PlugShare helps Electric Vehicle drivers by aggregating station listings from Electric Vehicle charging service providers, government agencies, and the collective efforts of PlugShare community members. PlugShare also allows users to find charging stations, leave reviews, and connect with other plug-in vehicle owners.

Important: This feature is only available in the FordPass 4 experience.

There are two ways that you can leave a review:

For Electric Vehicle owners:

  1. Navigate to the Home landing page. 
  2. Select View Chargers.
  3. A list of chargers closest to your vehicle's location will display
    • Note: To change the view, select the Mapping View icon in the lower left region of your screen. 
  4. Select the Charge Station you want to review.
  5. Tap the Rating & Reviews section. 
  6. Scroll down and select Leave Feedback. 
  7. You will have the option to share feedback for the following:
    • Network Name 
    • Plug Type
    • Was your charge successful?
    • What problem did you encounter?
    • Option to leave a written review 
  8. Once complete, select Submit.
    • Note: If you no longer wish to submit feedback, select Cancel and then Discard on the pop-up. 
  9. A success screen will confirm your review submission.

For non-Electric Vehicle owners:

  1. Navigate to the Map landing page.
  2. Select Charging.
  3. A list of chargers closest to your vehicle's location will display
    • Note: To change the view, select the Mapping View icon in the lower left region of your screen. 
  4. Select the Charge Station you want to review.
  5. Tap the Rating & Reviews section. 
  6. Scroll down and select Leave Feedback. 
  7. You will have the option to share feedback for the following:
    • Network Name 
    • Plug Type
    • Was your charge successful?
    • What problem did you encounter?
    • Option to leave a written review 
  8. Once complete, select Submit.
    • Note: If you no longer wish to submit feedback, select Cancel and then Discard on the pop-up. 
  9. A success screen will confirm your review submission.
