Continued Service Plan Information

You can purchase a Continued Service Plan when your Ford Protect Extended Service Plan is about to expire. Coverage available will depend on the age and mileage of the vehicle. The Continued Service Plan minimizes the risk of future repair costs with benefits similar to the Ford Protect Extended Service Plan. 

Important: Customers residing in the state of California are not eligible for this plan.

The Continued Service Plan benefits include the following:

• Three coverage levels: Ultimate, Standard Plus, and Standard
• Coverage up to 12 years or 120,000 miles
• Rental coverage up to 5 days, if the vehicle must be kept overnight
• Direct Ford Dealer payment for repairs; no out-of-pocket except for applicable deductible at the time of repair
• Multiple deductible levels available ($100, $250, $500)
• Affordable monthly payments with credit card billing and automatic renewal
• Cancellation at any time without penalty and transferable to a new owner
• No vehicle inspection requirement to start coverage
• Repairs completed at Ford Dealers by factory-trained technicians using Ford-authorized parts
