Can I play music using an SD Card with SYNC®* with MyFord Touch^®?

The SYNC with MyTouch system includes an SD card slot that can be used for multiple things.

• If your vehicle is equipped with certain Navigation systems, the Navigation SD card will stay in the SD card slot.
• If the vehicle is not equipped with the Navigation option, the SD card slot can be used for media playback.
• The supported music file types are .mp3, .wma, .wav, and .aac.
• You will need to select the SD card as your media source.
• The SD card slot can also be used to upload wallpaper photos.
• The SD card slot cannot be used to play back video files.
