What do I do if Android Auto™* will not connect to SYNC®** 4A?

Wireless connection issues
- Delete your paired phone using SYNC.
- Tap the Vehicle icon on your vehicle's SYNC screen.
- Presiona Settings (Configuración).
- Tap Phone List.
- Select Phone.
- Press Delete (waste bin icon).
- Perform a SYNC Module Reset.
- Power your phone completely off for 1-2 minutes.
- Power your phone back on.
- Connect your phone to the USB port in your vehicle to pair your phone with SYNC.
- Enable Android Auto.
- Tap the Vehicle icon on your vehicle's SYNC screen.
- Press Settings.
- Tap Android Auto Preferences.
- Select Enable Android Auto.
If this does not resolve the issue, continue to tether your phone with a USB port for Android Auto capabilities.
USB connection issues
If your Android phone reboots when connected to SYNC via a USB cable, update Chrome™ to 88.0.4324.181 or later.
