How do I add a personalized image to my SYNC^®* 4A profile?

To add personalized profile images to your profile in SYNC 4A from your Android™** or iOS^®*** device:

1. Add an image to a contact on your device.
   1. Add a contact to your device or use an existing one.
      Note: Make sure there is a phone number associated with the contact.
   2. Press Edit in the contact and add an image or avatar.
   3. Save the changes.

Note: These are general steps. For specific information, refer to your phone's user manual or contact your phone provider. 

2. Pair your device to SYNC. 
   Note: If you add an image to your device after it is paired, you will need to manually redownload the phonebook.

3. Create your profile in SYNC:

   1. Press the Home icon.
   2. Navigate to Settings.
   3. Select Personal Profiles.
   4. Press Create Profile.
      

4. Choose a name for your profile.

5. Set a profile photo.

   1. Select the profile image you saved to your device in Step 1.
   2. Click Continue.
      

6. You will need to disable Apple CarPlay^® o disable Android Auto for the image to work.

You have successfully added an image to your SYNC 4A profile.
