You can save your home and other favorite locations and delete them using your SYNC®* or Digital Experience®** system with the steps contained in this article.
Adding or Deleting a Favorite Location Using SYNC or Digital Experience
Important: Your vehicle must be parked, running, and in an open, well-ventilated, and safe area.
Select if you would like to add a favorite location or delete a favorite location, and refer to the appropriate section below.
Adding a Favorite Location

Identificar Tu Generación de SYNC

Digital Experience
- Open the Google Maps app on your phone or tablet.
- Search for a place, tap a marker, or touch and hold a spot on the map.
- Tap the name or address of the location.
Press Save and choose a list to save the location in.
The system will save the location to your list of favorites.
SYNC 4A
- Select the Settings or Home icon on your vehicle's SYNC screen.
Press the Navigation icon.
Tap the Search icon.
- Enter a partial destination.
- Select Address.
- Tap the Star icon.
- Enter the name of the destination.
- Select Enter.
- Tap Save.
The system will save the location to your list of favorites.
SYNC 4
- Select Settings on your vehicle's SYNC screen.
- Press the map image.
Tap the Search icon.
- Enter a partial destination.
- Tap the Search icon.
- Select Address.
- Tap the Favorites icon (star) icon.
- Enter the name of the destination.
- Select Enter.
- Tap Save.
The system will save the location to your list of favorites.
SYNC 3
- Select Nav on your vehicle's SYNC screen.
- Choose Controls.
- Tap Destination.
- Press Favorites.
- Select Add a Favorite.
- Enter an address.
- Press Save.
The system will save the location to your list of favorites.
SYNC con MyFord Touch
- Select the map image on your vehicle's SYNC screen.
- Press Dest.
- Choose one of the following options to find your destination:
- Dirección
- Previous Destinations
- Point of Interest
- Input a location.
- Press Save to Favorites.
The system will save the location to your list of favorites.
SYNC con Navegación Activada por Voz
- Press Dest button on your vehicle's SYNC system.
- Select the Quick tab on the SYNC screen.
- Choose a slot under Favorite Destinations.
- Follow the prompts to enter and save an address as a favorite.
Deleting a Favorite Location

Digital Experience
- Open the Google Maps app on your phone or tablet.
Tap the Lists icon at the bottom of the screen.
- Select the More icon (three dots) next to the list that includes the place you want to remove.
- Press Edit list.
- Tap Remove next to the place you want to remove.
SYNC 4A
- Select the Settings or Home icon on your vehicle's SYNC screen.
- Toca Navegación.
- Press Where to.
- Select Saved.
- Swipe left on Destination.
- Puedes hacer una de estas acciones:
- Tap the Edit icon (pencil) or the Delete icon (trash can).
- Press the Star to unhighlight the destination and prevent it from being saved.
SYNC 4
- Press Navigation on your vehicle's SYNC screen.
- Select Saved.
- Swipe left on Destination.

- Tap the Edit icon (pencil) or the Delete icon (trash can).
- Press the Star to unhighlight the destination and prevent it from being saved.
SYNC 3
- Select Nav on your vehicle's SYNC screen.
- Choose Controls.
- Tap Destination.
- Press Favorites.
- Select the destination you wish to change from your Favorites list. Luego aparecerá una pantalla con un mapa y la dirección de la ubicación.
- Tap Edit. A screen will display the following options:

- Press Destinations on your vehicle's SYNC screen.
- Select Favorites.
- Locate the entry you would like to edit/delete and tap on either:
- Delete to remove.
- Edit to edit.

- Press the Nav button on your vehicle's SYNC system.
- Tap Dest. memory on your vehicle's SYNC screen.
- Selecciona Editar.
You have the option to erase one or all entries from this list.
