How do I unpair my phone from my Ford vehicle?

You can unpair your device from your SYNC®* or Digital Experience®** system using the instructions contained in this article.

Eliminar un Teléfono Vinculado

Important: Your vehicle must be parked, running, and in an open, well-ventilated, and safe area.

Select your Digital Experience or your SYNC generation from the drop-down options below to learn how to unpair your phone. Si necesitas ayuda para determinar la generación de tu sistema SYNC, selecciona la primera opción del menú desplegable.

Digital Experience de Ford

  1. Tap the Settings tile on your vehicle's Digital Experience screen.

  2. Press the Apps Drawer icon on the left side of the screen and swipe up.

  3. Select the Vehicle icon on the left side of the screen.

  4. Choose Bluetooth.
  5. Select the device you would like to delete.

  6. Tap the Menu icon.

  7. Press Forget. If prompted, confirm that you would like to delete the device.
     

SYNC 4A

  1. Tap Settings or the Home icon on your vehicle's SYNC screen.
  2. Presiona Configuración.
  3. Elige Lista de teléfonos.
  4. Selecciona el teléfono que quieres eliminar.
  5. Tap <Insert Phone Name> Settings.
  6. Press Remove <Insert Phone Name>.

SYNC 4

  1. Press the Phone tab on your vehicle's SYNC screen. 
  2. Toca Lista de Teléfonos. 
  3. Selecciona un teléfono de la lista. 
  4. Press the Delete icon (trash can). Aparecerá una ventana emergente.
  5. Toca Sí para eliminar el teléfono.

SYNC 3

  1. Presiona Configuración en la pantalla SYNC del vehículo. 
  2. Tap Bluetooth®.
  3. Elige Ver Dispositivos.
  4. Selecciona el teléfono que deseas eliminar.
  5. Presiona Eliminar.
  6. Toca Sí para confirmar tu selección.

SYNC con MyFord Touch®

  1. Press the Gear icon on your vehicle's SYNC screen.
  2. Selecciona Configuraciones.
  3. Toca Teléfono.
  4. Press Bluetooth®.
  5. Selecciona el teléfono que deseas eliminar.
  6. Toca Eliminar.

SYNC Generación (Gen.) 1.1

  1. Select Phone on your vehicle's SYNC screen.
  2. Go to Bluetooth® Devices.
  3. Selecciona el teléfono que deseas eliminar.
  4. Presiona Eliminar.

SYNC Gen. 1

  1. Press the Phone button on your SYNC system.
  2. Selecciona Volver.
  3. Press Bluetooth®.
  4. Selecciona el teléfono que deseas eliminar.
  5. Presiona Eliminar.
