As the newest member of the Ford truck family, the Maverick™ pickup and its innovative design come with expectations that are about as heavy as its standard 1,500-lb. payload capacity.* The engineers at Ford designed both the 2.5L full hybrid and the optional 2.0L EcoBoost® engine to provide the power you need.

Ford Maverick 2.5L Full Hybrid Engine

With a standard 2.5L full hybrid engine, the Maverick pickup optimizes performance through a continually variable transmission (CVT) that delivers seamless acceleration while navigating city streets or exploring open highways.

Ford Maverick 2.0L EcoBoost Engine

The Ford Maverick pickup can be equipped with the optional 2.0L EcoBoost engine, which can be paired with the available 4,000-lb. Trailer Tow Package with all-wheel drive (AWD).** In addition to maximum towing and AWD, your EcoBoost engine provides a more engaging driving experience, with 250 horsepower and 277 lb.-ft. of torque that enables trailer towing.
