You can check your tire pressure easily with a digital or standard manual stick-type tire pressure gauge.
A digital gauge will provide the air pressure on the screen, and a standard gauge will indicate the tire pressure in units that are etched on a bar that pushes out from the bottom of the gauge.

You should check your tire pressure every month, especially as the temperature changes. Tires should be inflated to the pressure per square inch (PSI) rating listed on the driver’s side door frame. Ideally, you should check your tires when they are cold, meaning when your vehicle has not been driven for at least 3 hours, because warm tires can have extra pressure.
You should check your tires if the What is the tire pressure monitoring system? light comes on, you hit a pothole, or notice increased vibration or reduced traction, braking, or handling. A sudden loss in tire pressure could indicate that you need new tires or that you may need tire service.
