¿Dónde puedo obtener un Manual del Propietario?

You can access a free digital copy of your Owner's Manual through the Ford website, the FordPass®* App, or your vehicle's SYNC®** 4 or SYNC 4A screen. Physical copies can be purchased from one of our suppliers.

Accessing a Digital Copy of an Owner's Manual 

Select your preferred method below to learn how to access your vehicle's digital Owner's Manual:

Through the Ford Website

Online copies of Owner's Manuals (including Warranty Guides) are available on the Ford website by entering either your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) or your vehicle's year and model.

Through the FordPass App

To access your Owner's Manual in the FordPass App:

  1. Log in to the FordPass App.
  2. Navigate to the Service screen.
  3. Select Reference Guide. 
  4. Tap Owner's Manual. 
  5. Select the latest version of the Owner's Manual.

Note: Other reference material will be available to select, including your Quick Reference Guide, Supplemental Owner's Guide, Tire Warranty, and Warranty Guide. 

Through the In-Vehicle SYNC Screen

Digital Owner Manuals are available for SYNC 4A and SYNC 4 generations. To access your Owner's Manual through your vehicle's SYNC screen:

SYNC 4A

  1. Navigate to the Application Drawer. 
  2. Select Owner’s Manual.

SYNC 4

  1. Navigate to the Features screen.
  2. Select Owner's Manual. 

Note: For both SYNC 4A and SYNC 4, the digital Owner’s Manual files will be updated through Actualizaciones de Software.
