How do I view my Ford vehicle reservation(s)?

If you made your reservation(s) online, you can verify or check the status on the Ford website. If done through your Concesionario Ford, contact them for assistance.

Viewing Your Vehicle Reservation(s)

Choose a dropdown below based on the device you are using:

With a PC or Mac

  1. Visita Ford.com.
  2. Seleccionar Acount icon - abstract head and shoulders.
  3. Click Sign In.

  4. Enter your username and password. 
  5. Choose Sign In.
  6. Seleccionar Acount icon - abstract head and shoulders.
  7. Click Reservations & Orders.

  8. Click Reservation Details.

Details about your reservation or order will display on the next screen.

With a Mobile Device or Tablet

  1. Visita Ford.com.
  2. Tap the Menu dropdown.

  3. Touch My Account​​​​​.

  4. Select Sign In.

  5. Enter your email address and password.
  6. Tap Sign In.

  7. Touch the Menu dropdown.

  9. Tap Reservations & Orders.
