How do I delete my Ford or FordPass®* account?
You can delete your Ford account (associated with Ford.com, the FordPass App, and Ford Credit Account Manager) through the Ford Owner Support site, or through the FordPass App.
Account Removal Options
Choose a dropdown below based on the device or app you are using:
With a Mobile Device or Tablet
- Visita Ford.com.
- Tap the Menu dropdown.
- Touch My Account.
- Select Sign In.
- Enter your username and password.
- Tap Sign In.
- Tap the Menu dropdown.
- Select My Account.
- Tap <Your Name's> Account.
- Touch the Account Settings tile.
- Scroll down and select Delete My Account.
- Tap Delete Account.
With a PC or Mac
- Visita Ford.com.
- Seleccionar

- Choose Sign In.
- Log in to your Ford account.
- Seleccionar
.
- Choose <Your Name's> Account.
- Select Edit now on the Account Settings tile.
- Scroll to the bottom of the Account Settings page, then select Delete My Account.
- Click Delete Account.
With the FordPass App
- Ingresa al Aplicación FordPass.
- Navigate to the Account tab.
- Tap the Settings tile.
- Select Delete Account at the bottom.
- Follow the prompts to complete the deletion of your account.
Notas:
- You can still log in to the account until it is completely removed from Ford systems in 7 to 10 days.
- If you already have an account deletion request open, you will receive an error.
