Why does the app say that my activation is in progress?
If you requested access to Remote Commands, but received a pop-up confirming that your activation is in progress, this means you have done one of the following:
- Completed all vehicle activation steps, but an error is causing a delay.
- Requested activation, but you have not interacted with your vehicle screen.
- Requested activation permission to a vehicle, but your request has not been approved.
- Requested activation, but after 90 seconds, your app status goes back to Activate Vehicle.
Note: After 90 seconds you can request to activate again. If your status does not change after three attempts, please select to contact a Guide for an escalation.
If you've completed all required steps and your activation remains in progress:
- Tap OK on the pop-up.
- Navigate to the Account menu.
- Select Help and contact a Guide for additional support.
If you have not completed the in-vehicle authorization steps:
- Tap OK on the pop-up.
- Accept the activation message on vehicle screen.

If you are waiting for an approval:
- Tap Continue on the message.
- The app will direct you back to the Vehicle landing screen.
- Before you can access the commands, your solicitud has to accepted by the activated user.
