What do I do if the picture of my Ford vehicle is no longer showing in FordPass®*?

If your vehicle disappeared from the Home screen of FordPass, try restoring the image using the steps below. 

Restoring Your Vehicle Picture

If you added your vehicle to FordPass and the image no longer shows:

  1. Log out of FordPass and then log back in. 
  2. Select the Home screen. 

If the issue does not correct itself:

  1. Uninstall and reinstall the FordPass App.
  2. Check your device for software updates. 

If your vehicle still does not show, contact a Guide using the Account > Help options in FordPass.
