What should I do if I am having issues with Vehicle Connectivity Settings?

Si tienes problemas con las Configuraciones de Conectividad del Vehículo, pon en práctica los siguientes consejos para la resolución de problemas. Follow the steps in the sequence listed and check after each step to see if the issue is resolved.

Tip 1: Perform a key cycle.

  1. Apaga el vehículo.
  2. Open the driver’s door and lock the door.
  3. Close the driver’s door.
  4. Wait 2 minutes and ensure the radio display turns off completely.
  5. Restart the vehicle.

Tip 2: Turn off and turn on Connectivity Settings.

  1. Go to the Connectivity Settings menu on your vehicle's SYNC®* screen.
    • Settings > FordPass Connect > Connectivity Settings.
  2. Turn Vehicle Connectivity off.
  3. Wait for 1 minute.
  4. Turn Vehicle Connectivity on again.

Tip 3: Perform a master/factory reset.

  1. Presiona Configuración en la pantalla SYNC de tu vehículo.
  2. Toca General.
  3. Press the scroll bar or swipe vertically until you see "Master Reset."
  4. Press Master Reset. Aparecerá un mensaje confirmando que se borrarán todas las configuraciones del sistema y volverán a la configuración determinada de fábrica.
  5. Press Continue. A "Resetting to factory defaults" message will appear, the system will turn off, and the screen will go blank. Pueden pasar unos minutos hasta que el sistema se reinicie y reanude su funcionamiento normal.
