Why do I have a Member ID?

The Member ID has been created to assist with the Ford Rewards loyalty program. Every customer with a Ford online profile has been assigned a Member ID. To locate your Member ID in the Ford app:

1. Tap the Profile icon to go the Account dashboard.
2. Your Member ID is located between your name and the View & edit profile link.
