Why is the Pro Power Onboard feature no longer working in the FordPass^®* App?

As of March 2023, the connection for Pro Power Onboard has been removed from the FordPass App. Full use and feature controls are still available using your in-vehicle SYNC^®** screen. 

There will be a limited view in FordPass, showing the status of the onboard generator when you have cellular service. 

If you have any questions regarding feature support, contact a Guide using Account > Help in the FordPass App.
