Appointments Made Prior to one Week of the Scheduled Date:
- The first alert is sent one week from the appointment date.
- Th second alert is sent two hours prior to the actual appointment.
Appointments Made Less Than a Week of the Scheduled Date:
- The first alert is sent 24 hours before the appointment date.
- The second alert is sent two hours prior to the actual appointment.
