How do I cancel my remote start?
Before using the Remote Commands feature of FordPass®:
- Tu vehículo debe tener SYNC/FordPass® Connect.
- Tu vehículo debe estar added to the Home tab.
- Tu vehículo debe estar activado.
If you've selected to remote start using the FordPass App and would like to cancel your request:
- Navigate to the Home landing page.
- Select your vehicle.
- Press and hold the Stop Engine button to stop your vehicle.
- Note: Allow the white line to travel around the button edge.
- An alert will be displayed confirming that your vehicle stopped successfully.
- Note: The alert banner displays for 10 seconds.
