How Do Ford Adaptive Headlamps Work?

The Adaptive Headlamps feature is designed to provide more visibility when driving around a curve.

How Adaptive Headlamps Work

Whenever your headlamps are turned on and in Autolamp mode, the headlamp beams move in the same direction as the steering wheel, illuminating the path ahead. Adaptive Headlamps work when the lighting control is in the Autolamp position. The system is only active at speeds above 3 mph.

You can turn the Adaptive Headlamp on or off by using your vehicle's SYNC®** screen.
