How do I add a service history record to FordPass^®*?

Using the Service screen in FordPass, you can add information about your vehicle maintenance and repairs. Use the steps below. 

Note: You have to add your vehicle to FordPass before you can add records. 

Adding a Service Record to FordPass 

1. Ingresa a la Aplicación FordPass.
2. Go to the Service screen.
3. Tap Service History. 
4. Select Add Record.
5. Input the following details:
   • Millaje
   • Fecha
   • Service Location (select one of the following):
     • My Preferred Dealer (see the Setting a Preferred Dealer topic for assistance)
     • Garage/Body shop
     • Autoservicio

     • Otro

       Note: If you do not see your location type listed, select Other to manually enter a location.

   • Services/Inspections Performed
   • Notes (optional)
   • Costo Total
6. Check the box for acknowledgment of the accuracy/responsibility of the added record.
7. Tap Save Record. 

Note: You can add a receipt to your record.
