Can I get help in an accident using the Ford app?

If you are in an accident, the Collision Assistance feature is available in the Ford app for additional support. Use the steps below for more details. 

Getting Help After an Accident 

To view the Collision Assistance feature in the Ford app:

1. Ensure you are in a safe location.
2. Open the Ford app.
3. Go to the Service dashboard.
4. Tap Collision Assistance.
5. Select one of the following:
   • Find Collision Center & Towing:
     • Locate a Ford Certified Collision Center
     • Schedule Towing Service
   • Get Rental & More: Contact a rental company or rideshare apps or call someone from your contacts.
   • Talk to a dedicated Collision Assistance Advisor
