Why am I unable to download the Ford app?
If you are unable to download the Ford app to your device, a few common reasons for this are:
- Your device does not have enough storage space for the update/download. Delete unused apps and try again.
- You may be experiencing network/internet connection issues. Check your cellular strength and/or Wi-Fi® connection.
- If using Wi-Fi, check to see if it is enabled.
- If Wi-Fi is turned off, turn Wi-Fi on and attempt to connect.
- If Wi-Fi is turned on, turn Wi-Fi off and attempt to connect using cellular data.
- If using your cellular data, check to see if it is enabled.
- If cellular data is turned off, turn cellular data on and attempt to connect.
- If cellular data is turned on, turn cellular data off and attempt to connect using Wi-Fi.
- If using Wi-Fi, check to see if it is enabled.
- Your device may need a power cycle.
- Power off your device for 30-60 seconds.
- Turn on your device.
- Attempt to download the Ford app.
