What can I do if I cannot log in to the Ford app?

Check for spelling errors, update your password, or update your app to access the Ford app. Use the steps below in order for additional assistance.  

1. Check your email address and current password for spelling errors.
   
   Note: Press the eyeball symbol in the Password field to view it.  
    
2. Reset your password.
3. Confirm you have the latest version of the Ford app downloaded.
