How do I troubleshoot the oil life display in the Ford app?

If an error presents itself when attempting to view your vehicle's oil life in the Ford app, refer to the Intelligent Oil Life Monitor system in your vehicle and any related messages shown to determine if service is needed.

Note: Only vehicles equipped with a modem have visibility to vehicle oil in the Ford app.
