This software update allows you to improve the performance of your Mustang Mach-E GT model with a one-time purchase. You can do so through the FordPass app** or by logging in to your account on the Ford Support website and going to the Connected Services tile.

Here’s how: It combines innovative powertrain thermal modeling and control algorithms to sustain power longer, and our new in-house eMotor helps to deliver increased torque for performance improvement both off the line and down the road.
Once you’ve purchased the Performance Upgrade, you will see a “Performance Upgrade Enabled” banner on the Settings > Controls tab on your in-vehicle touchscreen.
The upgrade is sent to your vehicle over the air once you’ve made your purchase — no dealership or rolling up your sleeves required.
