How do I cancel the BlueOval Charge Network charging service?

You can cancel your BlueOval® Charge Network account on the Ford website or Ford app* Connected Services page. 

Note: If you perform a factory reset when turning in or selling your all-electric Ford, your BlueOval Charge Network access will be canceled automatically. 

Canceling a BlueOval Charge Network Account

Cancel your BlueOval Charge Network account on the Ford website by taking the following steps.

  1. Click on the Profile icon.
  2. Select the Vehicle Dashboard.
  3. Click the vehicle dropdown and choose your electric vehicle (EV).
  4. Select Connected Services.
  5. Click the Manage button for the BlueOval Charge Network.
  6. Scroll down and select Cancel Service.
  7. Choose a reason in the Tell Us Why box. This is optional.
  8. Enter any additional comments that you have in the Additional Comments box. This is optional.
  9. Tap I Still Want to Cancel.

Cancel your BlueOval Charge Network account on the Ford app by taking the following steps.

  1. Open the Ford app.
  2. Navigate to the Vehicle screen.
  3. Scroll down and select Browse and manage connected services.
  4. Tap BlueOval Charge Network.
  5. Select Cancel.
  6. Choose a reason in the Tell Us Why box. This is optional.
  7. Enter any additional comments that you have in the Additional Comments box. This is optional.
  8. Tap I Still Want to Cancel.
